Terms of Service

Subdus provides automated video transcription and translation, plus a self-service Event Campaign Studio. Automated results can contain errors and must be reviewed before use where an error could cause harm.

Campaign Studio generates six artwork variants of a campaign's chosen template from a user-approved brief, plus a controlled campaign document, A3 and A4 sRGB PDFs with 3 mm bleed and crop marks, and 1080×1080, 1080×1920, and 1920×1080 PNGs. It is not a general-purpose freeform design editor or a CMYK prepress service.

The Studio subscription costs US$39 per month and includes four campaigns in each paid billing period. Each campaign includes six artwork variants of the template it was started from, and changing that campaign's art style regenerates the six variants within the same campaign at no additional allowance cost. Editing and exports are unlimited, subject to fair use and service capacity. Drafting does not consume a campaign slot; a campaign's first generation does.

Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record. The subscription renews until cancelled. Cancellation keeps access active through the paid period. A past-due subscription receives a seven-day product grace period. After entitlement ends, you may view campaigns, edit drafts or documents, and download existing exports, but may not generate, regenerate, or create new exports.

You are responsible for the accuracy of every event fact and must review the campaign before publication. Subdus keeps publishable facts as structured text and excludes them from Ideogram prompts, but you remain the final publisher.

Generated artwork can be imperfect, resemble existing styles, or contain unintended marks despite no-text instructions. Review every variant and export. You can move a campaign's selection between its six variants, and change its composition or type treatment, at any time; changing the art style regenerates the six variants in the new style.

You must have the right to submit page content, names, logos, photos, artwork, and other material. Do not submit unlawful content, malicious files, private material without authority, or content that infringes another person's rights.

You retain rights in material you supply. Subject to payment and these terms, you may commercially use the campaign files Subdus produces for you. Provider models, fonts, and third-party material remain subject to their applicable terms. You are responsible for legal review of trademarks, publicity rights, regulated claims, and local advertising requirements.

Studio is not your only archive. Campaign data remains while the account exists; deleted campaigns remain in Trash for 30 days. Account deletion schedules Studio assets for removal within 30 days, except records retained for financial or legal obligations. Download anything you need before deletion.

Generation, storage, checkout, and export depend on Ideogram, Cloudflare R2, Lemon Squeezy, Clerk, and other infrastructure. We may delay, retry, or refuse unsafe or unsupported work. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular creative outcome.

Refunds are handled under Lemon Squeezy's order and refund process and applicable law. Except where the law requires otherwise, Subdus is provided as-is and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for Studio in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Do not bypass quotas, probe other accounts, overload the service, resell access, or automate submissions outside normal product use. We may suspend accounts that create security, legal, provider-policy, or operational risk.

We may update the product and these terms. Material changes will appear here with a new date.
